O’Dell Engineering, a Westwood company provided civil engineering and landscape architecture design services for the Turlock Transit Center. The 4.5 acre site area includes new and renovated planting and irrigation utilizing low flow irrigation, low water use planting, and ample shade trees throughout the site. Our team completed the utility design, parking lot design, hardscape, planting, irrigation, and construction detailing for the transit center.
