Storm water compliance issues are here to stay. Regulations on storm water management have been expanded from water quality and erosion control to also include non-storm water discharges and dust control. Compliance is regulated by permits obtained through the State Water Resources Control Board web site. Services related to SWPPP preparation and implementation are now provided only by State certified QSDs and QSPs. We help our clients with development of compliance plans and provide expert guidance through the permit and construction process.
