O’Dell Engineering, a Westwood company provided Owner Advisor surveying services for the North Valley Regional Recycled Water Project in Modesto, CA. This project included project research, field surveys, and other survey work to support the design of a recycled water pipeline in Modesto.  The pipeline will ultimately convey recycled water produced from the Modesto Jennings Road Wastewater Treatment Plant to the Delta Mendota Canal. O’Dell Engineering, a Westwood company provided boundary resolutions, topographic surveys and maps, legal descriptions & plats, coordination with other design disciplines,  potholing services, and coordination with various utilities and public agencies for this project. Our team also started work on a second phase of this project in February of 2017. The goal of the project is to connect the City of Modesto wastewater treatment plant with other agencies and users who can make use of their abundant “recycled water” supply as part of a statewide effort to reduce our dependence on groundwater resources.
