O’Dell Engineering, a Westwood company recently completed conceptual plans, with improvement plans currently underway for the renovation of the downtown area in the City of Ceres. The project includes renovation to 4th Street from North Street to El Camino Avenue to create a more lively and pedestrian friendly destination location.
