O’Dell Engineering, a Westwood company provided civil engineering and land surveying services for this $30 million dollar, two theater performing arts center located in downtown Modesto. This Stanislaus County Capital Project included demolition, grading, utility relocation and removal, streetscape design, drainage, water, and sewer.
