O’Dell Engineering, a Westwood company provided land surveying services to support the design of slope stabilization and a replacement retaining wall for the Santa Cruz Branch Rail Line Corridor at Manresa State Beach. Topographic surveying and mapping was completed for the new soldier pile wall including recovery of the Santa Cruz County horizontal and vertical datums, cross-section surveys of the hillside, establishing the 3D alignment of the existing track, and preparation of a topographic base map.
