Nestled in the hills of Lucas Valley in part of unincorporated San Rafael, our landscape and civil engineering teams provided design and engineering services to help support upgrades to this clubhouse building site. The project scope includes the addition of a new pool and pool deck, new ADA compliant ramps, upgrades to the parking lot, bio-retention areas to help treat site run-off, and a water efficient planting palette with a variety of colors and textures.
