Our team provided civil engineering and land surveying to support the development of the Lathrop Manteca Fire Station 35, the first fire station within the River Islands Development. The station reduced response time to homes in River Islands by over 60 seconds. The station also houses the District’s administrative operations, which were previously divided over several locations due to space constraints. Having the District’s operations centralized in one location allows for better planning and efficiencies to meet the needs of the growing Lathrop community.
