O’Dell Engineering, a Westwood company prepared conceptual drawings and improvement plans for Kiper Homes’ 360 Lakeside development. Designs highlighted the stunning view from each of the backyards over River Islands Lake 6 while providing a private and quaint space to relax and entertain guests. The plans included complete landscape plans for four architectural models and an additional parking lot.
