O’Dell Engineering, a Westwood company provided master planning and design services for the future expansion of the Hogan-Ennis Community Park and is now assisting the City in acquiring funding. The design includes soccer fields, baseball diamonds, softball diamonds, basketball courts, a scorekeepers’ booth, shade shelters with barbecues, 3 restroom buildings, horseshoe pits, a skate park area, a stormwater basin expansion area, two new parking lots with approximately 345 new spaces, renovations to the existing parking lot, a dumpster area, a new playground, batting cages, adult exercise equipment, and a flexible-use T-ball area.
