O’Dell Engineering, a Westwood company’s Landscape Architecture Department is currently designing the first and only neighborhood park in Earlimart, CA. The park is approximately four acres and is a joint use facility between the county and the neighboring elementary school. The park is funded by a Proposition 84 grant and contains a grass open space, basketball courts, playgrounds, picnic facilities, community art, and sight lighting.
