California State University Stanislaus Pool Renovation

O’Dell Engineering, a Westwood company provided civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture design services for the California State University Stanislaus Pool Renovation Project.  This project which included a pool, a deck, fencing, gates, a mechanical/storage building, ADA restroom upgrades in an adjacent locker room, ADA parking, and path of travel upgrades at California State University, Stanislaus. O’Dell Engineering, a Westwood company provided services for a schematic design, design development, construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration. Responsibilities included ADA grading and drainage, underground utilities (storm, sewer, and water), landscape plans, storm water management plan, responses to RFI’s, and review of shop drawings.
