We are excited to announce that Michael Beltran, PE, has joined the O’Dell Engineering team as a Senior Project Manager in our civil engineering department. With his extensive experience in civil and geotechnical engineering, he will be a valuable asset to our team as we continue to grow and expand our services.

Michael will be based in our Fresno and Merced offices as a strategic move to better support our Fresno and South Valley clients. His background as the City Engineer for the City of Merced will allow us to better understand and serve our public clients. He brings a deep understanding of local government processes, which we will utilize to ensure projects move forward in the most efficient and beneficial way possible.

With over 18 years of experience in the industry, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Fresno State University and is licensed as a Professional Engineer. His skills and abilities include municipal management, budgeting, regulatory compliance, building code and utility construction standards, and the construction, maintenance, and renovation of public works infrastructure.

He is particularly passionate about the benefits of roadway design and improvements. He understands the importance of presenting all of the available information to ensure clients can make informed decisions to maximize their investments as they navigate roadway improvement options.
