Sacramento Homebuilders Bounce Back

On Saturday, March 22^nd, 2014 the Sacramento Bee Newspaper reported that public officials in the Sacramento Area are finally seeing the health of the local housing industry improve. According to the article, Sacramento land developers on are on track to build three times as many homes this year as they were just two years ago. The article also indicated that commercial building activity in the Sacramento area isn’t as vibrant, but that it could pick-up quickly. The article cites Ryan DeVore, the City of Sacramento’s chief building official, who reported six  new commercial land development projects were approved in the last three months of 2013.
