O’Dell Engineering Now Offering Dry Utility Design Services

O’Dell Engineering is now providing full dry utility design services, including complete Gas and Electric system design, joint utility trench design and coordination, and Rule 20 facility relocations. The utility design team is led by Dennis Wann, PLS.  Mr. Wann has managed over 250 utility design projects through California and Nevada and has extensive experience with the PG&E process. These services allow O’Dell Engineering to offer a complete line of design services for Land Development projects.
