Riverbank Mayor Addresses Land Development in State of the City Speech

On Friday, February 14, 2014 the Modesto Bee Newspaper reported that Riverbank Mayor Richard O’Brien addressed land development issues in his recent “State of the City” speech. According to the article, the mayor mentioned the following specific land development issues:

1)      Expansion of the Crossroads Shopping Center to the east side of Oakdale Road.

2)      Conversion of the former Army Ammunition Plant into a business park.

3)      A proposal for 90 acres of BMX trails next to Jacob Meyers Park.
