Gallo Workplace Project Receives Rezoning Approval from Stanislaus County

On Wednesday, February 26, 2014 the Modesto Bee Newspaper reported that Gallo Winery had received approval to rezone about 5 acres of land in Modesto from residential land use to industrial land use. The land is currently occupied by homes and vacant lots on the south side of Yosemite Boulevard and the west side of Santa Rita Avenue. According to the article, the rezoning approval will allow Gallo Winery to proceed with construction of a parking lot and 116,000 square foot office building on the 5 acre parcel.
