O’Dell Engineering Project Update: Terrestrial Laser Scanning Completed for Gilroy Water Mains Project

O’Dell Engineering has completed field work for the Gilroy Water Mains Project on Highway 152 in the City of Gilroy, California. As part of the field work surveyors on the O’Dell Engineering Team collected more than 130 terrestrial laser scans containing millions of individual survey points. The land surveyors will now work to register the individual laser scans into a single unified point cloud. Topographic features will then be extracted to support civil engineering design on the project.
