O’Dell Engineering recently completed a ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey for DOT Foods for a property located on Nickerson Drive in Modesto, California. DOT Foods is a national food distributor and logistics company.

As part of its work on the project O’Dell Engineering performed a boundary field survey to locate property corner monuments and physical site features near the parcel boundaries. A ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey Map was then prepared using the information from the field survey and was delivered to DOT Foods ahead of schedule.
