Knox Park & Playground

O’Dell Engineering provided civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture design services for this City of Madera project. Funded through a low income incentive program, the project included renovations to the existing Knox Park. Improvements include new site lighting, irrigation retrofits, parking, restrooms, socially inclusive play ADA access retrofits, and picnic facilities.

Ferrari Ranch

O’Dell Engineering is providing civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture services for this 350 acre commercial property located at the interchange of Atwater/Merced Expressway and SR 59. Services include high-level master planning of backbone infrastructure such as traffic, sewer, water, and storm.
